Young Adults

Whether you’ve landed a dream job or are working in your favorite cafe.

Whether you’re living with your best friends or have just moved into your first apartment alone, you’re still probably in the process of figuring out how to be an “adult.” It can be scary. But don’t worry, we’ve got you. Our staff has devoted their lives to learning how to counsel people who are struggling, and are able to handle almost any problem people in their mid 20s struggle with.

Challenges just seem to get more complicated in adulthood, don’t they?  Maybe that perfect job didn’t pan out. Maybe you just paid for 4 years of tuition for something you’re not passionate about.  Maybe you’re living out of your car, because all your money went to make the last few years of making it all work.  Or maybe you got that great job you wanted, but now it’s making you feel empty and bored.  Maybe you just simply miss your friends.

Moving from college life to work life is a HUGE transition that comes with its own sets of worries and options.  Now you have to deal with co-workers, bosses, money, bills, school loans, roommates, and maybe even marriage and kids. And yes, 3rdchair is for you too.  Give us a call, come in and tell us how you’re doing.  Heck, we might even learn from you. Let’s chat.  Let’s hang.  Let’s drink coffee.  Let’s figure it out.  Let’s make your life as amazing as it should be.

Stop comparing where you’re at with where everyone else is. It doesn’t move you farther ahead, improve your situation, or help you find peace. It just feeds your shame, fuels your feelings of inadequacy and, ultimately, it keeps you stuck.
